I live on the Costa del Sol and have spent recent years helping families find their place by the sea. I went through buying in Spain myself, so I know exactly where it usually gets stuck — the language, the NIE number, taxes, the notary and the agent who stops answering after signing.
That is why I do things differently. I am not a large franchise with thousands of listings, but a personal guide who attends to one family at a time. I take you through the viewings, arrange the lawyer and notary and explain every document in a language you understand.
Behind me stands a vetted network of local partners — lawyers, tax advisers, notaries and banks. You deal with me, I coordinate the rest. And I am here after the handover of keys too: utilities, insurance or rental.

I guide you through obtaining the NIE, opening an account and every administrative step buying in Spain requires.
Taxes & budget
We calculate all costs in advance and in writing — transfer tax, notary, registry, lawyer — so nothing surprises you at the end.
Legal oversight
I arrange an independent lawyer who checks charges, debts and the habitation certificate and represents you alone.
Mortgage for non-residents
I connect you with banks that finance EU buyers too and help prepare the paperwork.
After-purchase service
After the handover of keys I help with utilities, insurance, the tax return and rental management.
