Personal data protection (GDPR)
The operator of realityandaluzia.sk and data controller is Reality Andalúzia — Libor Mikolášik, Costa del Sol, Spain, e-mail libor@mikolasik.com.
Contact-form data (name, e-mail, phone, message) is processed solely to answer your enquiry and for related communication. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps. We keep the data for at most 3 years after the last communication.
We never sell or share your data with third parties. The only exception are professionals needed to complete your purchase (notary, lawyer, mortgage advisor) — always with your knowledge.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Spanish AEPD). Just write to libor@mikolasik.com.
Terms of cooperation
The initial consultation is free and non-binding. The buyer pays an intermediation fee only when it has been agreed in writing in advance — you will know its amount and terms before signing anything.
